Panko Breadcrumb Snails with Aioli

Serves 4

500g shop-bought panko bread crumb or make your own

1 egg

Salt and Pepper

Smoked Paprika


Mix Egg

Add Salt, Pepper and Smoked paprika to your breadcrumbs.

Drain the snails well from your 90-minute stock.

Dip the snails in the egg then roll in the bread crumbs.

Place on a baking sheet until ready to fry in oil or dry fry

Fry until crispy and enjoy!
